六四酒案
于2016年，四川有4位朋友因为制作了一瓶酒，被控煽动颠覆国家，至今仍被羁押。这瓶酒，叫「铭记八酒六四」。
第一个被抓的是符海陆。在他把这瓶酒的信息发上网的第二天，即2016年5月28日，他就在路边走路时被带走，自此几个月没有人再见过他。再接下来的一个月，他的朋友连接失纵，包括为「铭记」做瓶身标贴和宣传海报设计的罗富誉，有份出资和宣传的张隽勇，以及一齐去采购酒瓶等原材料的陈兵。一个多月后，他们被正式逮捕，罪名为「煽动颠覆国家政权」。
June 4th Liqueur Case
In 2016, 4 friends in Chengdu made some bottles of liqueur with the label “Ming Ji Ba Jiu Liu Si”. It is a play on words which could mean a liqueur with the brand name “Ming Ji”, or it could also means “Remember 8964 (June 4th, 1989)”. The friends sourced some liqueur bottles, designed a label and a poster, and put those liqueur up for sale online at ¥89.64. Two days after Fu Hailu (符海陸) publicised this liqueur online, he was taken away by the authorities. Within a month three others, Zhang Junyong, Luo Yufu and Chen Bing, who were involved in the production of the liqueur were arrested. They were charged with Inciting Subversion of the State and are still being detained.
During detention, Luo Yufu was told by the police that “anyone who commemorate the June 4th Incident is committing a crime (任何人紀念這個六四事件都是犯罪)”.

Fu Hailu (符海陸) is a human rights defender who was active in helping the victim affected by the “poisoned vaccines” debacle in 2016. Taken away on 28 May 2016.

Zhang Junyong (張隽勇) is a driver who is active among the activist circle in Chengdu. He also often went to other cities to support human rights defenders in need. Criminally detained on 9 June 2016.

Luo Yufu (羅譽富) is a designer and an active figure among the activist scene in Chengdu. Taken away on 15 June 2016.

Chen Bing (陳兵) is a businessman and a signatory of 08 Charter initiated by Liu Xiaobo. He is also the twin brother of famous dissident Chen Wei (陳衛), who is currently serving a 9 years prison sentence for “Subverting the State”. Formally arrested on 6 July 2016.

纪念六四，永不放弃对真相的追求，是我身为八九学子必然的选择。如果要因此判刑，不管是5年还是10年，都是我应当的承担，只是愧对家人。
